The new Smart Light devices announced at CES 2020 are now available for order! The three new Smart Light options are powered by the Sun and they need no wiring for easy installation. You can also add two smart LED lightbulb options, that offer adjustable brightness and custom light schedules when linked with a Smart Lights Bridge. Hey neighbors! The newly released Ring Smart Lighting products we highlighted in this post are currently only available in the USA. All battery and wired products from the Smart Lighting line are available in Canada, but not the newly released ones highlighted in this post. Solar Smart Lighting Products and the Smart Lighting bulbs are only available in the USA. We do not have an ETA at this time when the additional, newer products will be available in Canada, and no ETA on when will bring these systems to other global markets. We will make sure to post new announcements when this comes up. Thank you neighbors!
Is there any update on global availability? would love to have the smart bulbs in Canada!
When will these become available in the US again? I ordered a bunch of them, and due to the piss poor quality several have failed (and most of them don’t recharge fully from the solar cell). Replacements are not available. Are they discontinued?
Hi @user32195. I don’t have an ETA to share with you. However, you can enter your email address on the product page if a device is out of stock so you ca be notified when it is available again. If you are waiting for a replacement through our support team, you will need to follow up with them for any updates.
Hi , when will the Ring Access Controller Pro be available in the UK or Europe? Also will it be able to grant access to more than one family member to operate electric gates?
Also will there be any preference for what electric gate systems it will be compatible with?
