I have been waiting since November 2019 for the world’s slowest rollout of the away, home, etc modes setting for the stick-up camera. It appears that most, if not all of your customer service people know nothing about this upcoming feature and the tech people they contact are just as much in the dark as they are. If indeed this is rolling out I would like a schedule as to when I can expect it to appear. This feature is why I purchased the product.
Please give me accurate information.
