If I install a ring device without a storage plan and I recieve an alert at 10am but cannot watch it live, can I watch it at 11am? Is there any storage with out the plan? Does the alert that I get include the footage, or is it just an alert?
Great question! Without a Protect Plan, you are only able to view notifications and view in real time. If you received a notification at 10am and do not have a plan, you will not be able to view the notification at 11am. Learn more about our Protect Plans onRing.com.
