Wifi network stops when motion is detected

Hi, I have an issue whereby my wifi and internet connection becomes unresponsive when motion is detected on one of my connected ring devices. The issue lasts for approximately 30 seconds. My intial thought was it is my internet upload or download speeds however they are acceptable (20mbps and 90mbps respectively). I am at a bit of a loss how to investigate this issue and looking for some pointers.

Hi All

I have worked out what the problem was, one of my floodlights was connected to my chime pro, I then connected the floodlight to the our home network and this has resolved the issue.

Glad to see you resolved this, @Doz2611. Our devices should not bring down your network. It is always good to ensure that there is enough bandwidth for multiple devices, as well as streaming requests, when operating multiple Ring device in addition to your normal in home devices.
