What happened to customer support? I would’ve ranked ring up there with Dyson on customer support obviously things have changed. I have a broken part on one of my Ring devices that they’re telling me is no longer under warranty even though I pay the annual fee. Just spent 20 minutes on the phone with customer service and when I asked for a supervisor they hung up on me.

What plan do you have?
What device is it?
Did you purchase the plan while you were still under the one year warranty for the device?
