My billing address is different than my home address and I tried using both. How about I able to subscribe to a basic plan.

Hi @Juliia420xo. Have you confirmed your billing address with your financial institution? If everything matches up and you're receiving this error, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. They can help you add a payment method and get you subscribed to the Ring Protect plan. We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times.
