My cell phone number is the one on our account. It’s the one the RING team is supposed to call if our alarm is tripped. If I am not home, but my wife is, would the RING team still call me if the alarm trips. Her phone is also registered with Ring.
Hey @madman. You can modify your settings for professional monitoring calls under Settings > Monitoring > First -Third Contact. This is why you can make sure that if you do not answer the call, that your wife is listed as the second contact to get the phone call. Hope this helps!
