I have tried to set up my new security camera several times and it does not work correctly. I don't get notifications, I can't view anything live online and the setup guide is very poorly designed. So I decided to send it back. Really unsatisfied.
Even worse. I am trying to close my RIng account. Can't find anywhere a delete account button, can't find anything in the FAQs. What a poor customer service experience. Also no helpline nothing. So if any real person is reading this, please close my RIng account or let me know how to do it.
It's gonna cost me more than the camera itself if I call the US or international helpline. I am based in Germany. Why do they have to make it so difficult? Really don't get it. But thanks for your quick response.
