I have a trail that ends 2/21/2021. does this trial include professional monitoring or do I need to suscribe to that? what does that free trial include?

If so, then you’re right - professional monitoring for the Ring Alarm is included! You can learn more about what your Plus Plan offers during this trial period here. (Rest assured, the trial offers the same as the regular plans do, but all trials are Plus trials and not Basic trials here at Ring.)
