Subscription plan problem

I purchased the yearly plan for $100 on December 4, 2019 I went to Ring,com and it shows I paid I also have the credit card statement so I’m paid up for the year …when my free trial elapsed I thought the paid one would automatically take over but it didn’t …please help…
