Shared user

Why can’t I add a shared user. Any email address I use says it’s not valid! So frustrating!

Hey @LesleyAnn. If you’re unable to add the shared user on the app, could you try on the website and see if that works? If you go to Ring.com, log in at the top right, and once logged in, tap on Settings at the top. Once there, tap on Users, and then the plus sign at the top right. Let me know if this lets you add a user! :slight_smile:

@LesleyAnn Once you have logged into Ring.com, you should see these options at the top left of your screen! Let me know if you see what I see below:

After clicking on Settings from here, you can go to Users and then try to add a shared user! :slight_smile:
