Hey @LesleyAnn. If you’re unable to add the shared user on the app, could you try on the website and see if that works? If you go to Ring.com, log in at the top right, and once logged in, tap on Settings at the top. Once there, tap on Users, and then the plus sign at the top right. Let me know if this lets you add a user!
