Is any one else having problems. I have Samsung s10. Can't get into history, devices, settings or live view. Have been using ring door bell camera and spot light for 2 months, up until this mornings updates. It made my the program useless.
Hey @NancyJohnson, have you tried reaching out to our support team on this? This is a great place to start in order sort this out so your Ring app can go back to functioning as it once was. Additionally, you can try removing the Ring app from your phone, rebooting your phone, and then reinstalling the app. If this does not resolve your concern, please reach out to them here for further assistance.
