If you sell a ring camera can you transfer over the ring protect plan to new owner
Hey @Leeherron. The Ring Protect Plan is not transferable, so I recommend calling into our support team here to cancel the plan and get a refund for any months you will not be using (if you got the yearly plan).

My Ring Protect Plan came bundled with the device - purchased at costco. selling house on Nov 3. still have 10 mos left on plan. will I receive a refund or credit for unused months?
