Ring protect plan after moving to new place

I recently moved, deleted the device at my old placed and added the device which is at the new place. Previous owner deleted it from their account.

I have the new device setup but I am not able to see the Ring Basic plan which I had purchased a few months back.

How do I link that Protect plan to this device?

Hey @u980029. You may need to go into your account and My Plans to ensure you have cancelled the old plan on the old location. From there, you can then subscribe to a new plan for your new location.
