Pro power kit do I use the rear ? & trans tab of my mechanical door bell since I’m using back door instead of front door bell ? As instructions say front & trans ?

That is exactly right @Havenguitar! Using the “Rear” and “Trans” terminals to connect the Pro Power Kit should properly route voltage between the chime kit and Video Doorbell mounted at the back door.
