“No internet connection” when logging in

My internet/Wifi/cell data is working. My wife who is sorting right by me isn’t having issues accessing her app and cameras. I am the main account holder, but cannot log in due to this weird issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still get the same message…
