Ever since I bought the ring I have nothing but problems. The system keeps getting off line, either for weak wifi signal or not enough power. Another problem is that the ring stopped announcing motion at the door. After trying several things to solve the problems, while reading the instructions on the ring website I came across a pro power cable. Supposedly it could solve the weak power part . I called costumer Service to request one as suggested by the website. So I called. After having me on the phone waiting for 20 minutes, the agent told me that they were not sending those cables anymore; that I had to try something else. So, now what? What can I do? Who can help me?
