I need to install a warranty replacement floodlight. How do I swap it into the plan I have with an existing subscription? Will it keep my old videos from the former device?
Hi @ozshadow. Old videos are not transferable, so please ensure you save any videos you need before removing the device from your account. In order to get a subscription on the new device, you will need to cancel your current subscription for the old device by following our Help Center Article here. After this one is cancelled, you will get a prorated refund for any amount you didn’t use (months left in annual subscription if applicable). Once the cancellation is done, please sign up for a new plan for the replacement device.
