How can I add a device to my protection plan?

Setting up the Ring doorbell was pretty simple… connecting to sucky wireless was a pain…

Setting up the Spotlight Cam a few weeks later was pretty simple… but adding this device to a protection plan I already have? Nightmare.

Are there no humans to talk to at Ring now? Go home, Coronavirus. You’re drunk and the world doesn’t like you!

If anyone has any advice as to how add my Spotlight Cam, I’d appreciate it!

If it’s a new camera once the free trial period is over as long as you have the plan that covers more than 1 camera it should just revert to that plan
