How can I add Video Doorbell to my existing protection plus plan?

Help please! I’ve been trying to add my video doorbell to my protection plan, but I can’t figure out how and can’t find anyone to talk to in ring.

Any suggestions?

Hi @leatheomr! The Protect Plus Plan features the ability to cover many Ring devices at one location. If you have setup your new Video Doorbell via the Ring app signed in to your currently subscribed Ring account, the Protect Plus Plan should automatically apply. If not, you can manage your subscription by visiting Ring.com via web browser, and signing in there.

This is probably the most poorly designed system in the world. Everything is to be done via your cell phone App. When it comes to adding Protect Plus or Extended Warranty you need to log into the Ring.com WEB site. Why do you have to do this?? There should be a simple section in the Account Management section to do this. So poorly designed
