According to https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001834066-Downloading-Your-Ring-Videos there should be an option on ring.com/account/activity to share videos. I don’t seem to have that? The only option I have is Picture in Picture? Am I missing something?
Hey @Hoyty. When viewing your activity history on Ring.com, once you select a video in your history, you should see these four options appear below the image. From here, you will select share to share it however you would like, or download it if you’d like. Do you not see these options below?
I determined today there are semmingly two different sites to access your recording with different options on each.
One is https://ring.com/account/activity
The other is https://account.ring.com/account/activity-history
Both show you videos but the second one has all the other controls that are missing from first. Didn’t realize that until today.
