Could not subscribe a plan.

I have a ring cams with Iphone App to control it. I tried dozens of times to subscribe a plan, but all failed.

When I select a plan and click it and got the previous screen. Please help me out or troubles.

Hi @daoping88, if you are having some troubles subscribing to a plan when on the website, you can reach out to our support team here. They will be able to help ensure you have a plan so you do not lose out on any recordings and stay subscribed.

For some reason, adding a payment or subscribing does not operate well with IOS, i.e IPhone or IPad. I just tried it and it failed to add every time, so I used my Samsung phone with the App and worked. Don’t bother calling the call center or chat window, they don’t even know either.
