Cannot get the ring to connect to network
Light blinks but does not spin

Hi @Lmbass! Would you be able to provide a little bit more information such as: What Ring device are you referencing? Is this Ring device hardwired or battery operated? What color are the lights on the front of the Ring device? Also, what kind of phone/tablet are you using for setup? If you could provide that information, I can definitely help you to get your Ring device online and working!
