Cancel ring protect ASAP!

I need to cancel my Ring protect account. I no longer have any ring devices and haven’t since April 8, 2020.

I have no way to do it in the app or online and ring keeps trying to bill me on a credit card that is denying them because I have moved and changed my billing address.

I have followed the article about deleting the account and the necessary buttons are not there.

I have tried to email Ring support, no response. Can someone tell me how to get this thing canceled?

Hey @Dgames. Due to recent events, we have reduced our scope of support. Therefore, email support is not longer available depending on the country you are in. You will need to give us a call at any of the number here to ensure your plan is cancelled and we do not attempt to charge you again!
