Bought an Updated Doorbell - need to remove old doorbell

Hi! We just installed the updated Ring doorbell as I had a first generation one previously. Can anyone tell me how to remove the old doorbell from my account and how to transfer the subscription to the new doorbell please? Thanks in advance!

Hey @Julieb. If you go into the Device’s Profile (old Doorbell) in the Ring app > General Settings > Device Settings > Remove this device. This will be how you remove the old doorbell! Normally deleting the Doorbell that had a plan attached to it should move the plan automatically over, but once the Doorbell is removed, you can manage your plans here.
