Battery Message

I received a message that one of my batteries was low. The message was “orange” and blurred. I recharged the battery, placed it in the camera and still get the same message. Can it be the battery is bad or some other malfunction.

Hi @Campacci, could you try rebooting the device to see if it updates the battery level? The battery message should go away after the battery level has updated, which normally happens after a couple events or 24 hours. For rebooting, you will press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, give it a few minutes, and see if it’s updated in the Device Health page. Please also ensure you have charged the battery for about 8 hours, or until the amber light is not longer there and just the green light is on the battery.
