A year ago, I emailed Ring about implementing the most needed and most important feature the app needs. The ability to be able to power cycle, or reboot the cameras. The only way to do so is it cut the power through the electrical breaker (if hardwired like floodlight/spotlight). It’s the year 2020, and Ring is the only Smart IoT company I own products of, that doesn’t have the ability to reboot products conveniently and remotely through the app. Please include this much needed feature at earliest convenience. Thank you.
