We need a new tone for the outside chime, customization or Something.
This old “ring tone” is so dated.
Sounds so cheesy.
Why can you update the software to have options?
This is frustrating and been asked many times over the years.

This is a very valid request. All devices nowadays allow for configuring tones. And of good quality. Please do something about this. My neighbours have the same Ring Pro device, and sometimes i am alarmed by their doorbell to open my door. Why can’t I just configure my own tone?
