Though the new ‘Mode’ feature is very welcome (if overdue), it would be much better if there was an option to choose whether you want notifications on a camera by camera basis within its individual settings. If I set it to ‘Home’ mode, the mains powered cameras record (fine) but still send notofications to my phone, which is not necessary if I am in. If I set a Motion Schedule to stop this, they don’t sound when I set it to ‘Away’, which means no notifications. It also means 2 lots of resetting when I go out. If there was a setting to allow ‘Home’ to record and have no notifications that wouldn’t happen. The ‘Away’ setting could then do likewise and be set to allow notifications.
That way there is only a need to set ‘Home’ or ‘Away’ and the noticifations behave accordingly with one easy to change setting rather than trawling through the menu to turn the Motion Schedule off each time.
