Allow users to record a message (and/or provide a library of available generic messages) that will play from the doorbell when rung. An example could be “I am currently working and cannot be disturbed at this time.” Or “I am not accepting visitors at this time.” When enabled, the in-home doorbell would not sound.

Every 20$ dorebell can do that and provide an rtsp. Please Ring get your game on!

I am also wanting this feature, or allow us to upload our own recorded message to the bell, just like a voicemail message on a mobile phone.
Hi neighbors. Quick Replies is a similar feature already available to use for most Doorbells. This Help Center article here provides more information on this feature. I hope this is similar to what you are looking for.
