Hi @Fifth313ment. Thanks for sharing that screenshot. This is a neighbor-to-neighbor support forum and not a direct line to support, but I'd be happy to chime in and offer some helpful suggestions. A good troubleshooting step to try is to reset your Ring by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After that's done, you'll need to take it through a new setup in the Ring App by following the steps under Set Up a Device.
