Hi @Ken6. To remove a Doorbell or Camera from the Ring App, you’ll want to tap on the Main Menu > Devices > the device you want to remove > Device Settings > General Settings > Remove This Device. That should do the trick for you!

can you help now to move my subscription for Ring Protect Plan which I just recently paid a full years subscription to the new identical Ring Video 3 Doorbell?
