I sound from door bell to phone

Door bell has been working for a few
Weeks from new, no there isn’t any sound from the door bell to phone.

Hi @GeorgeHalwe. Can you clarify which part of the audio isn’t working? Is it when you are activating the two-way audio that you’re not able to hear anything from the Doorbell? A basic troubleshooting step you can try is to reset the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once that’s done, you’ll need to set it back up in the Ring App by following the steps under Set Up a Device. Let me know if that does the trick! :slight_smile:
