Can' slide mounting frame off

Just bought Door bell/ camera but I cannot slide the unit off its mounting frame. It came fitted together, no screw at the bottom, still I just can’t separate them. Help!

Hey @Paultnc. Could you attach a picture of what you are trying to detach the Doorbell from?

Its all packed now ready for replacement unit.
The mounting frame seems to be stuck, perhaps glued, to the unit itself.
