Why can’t I obtain Camera view on my Mac desktop PC I have downloaded the Ring software onto the desktop and It is available on both my iPhone and iPad.
I have a doorbell 3 and chime pro in operation.

Please ensure the computer operating version is up to date, and check for any programs running on your computer that might be preventing the Ring app from functioning. I hope this helps!
