Alexa does not announce motion Ring Doorbell 3

I’ve recently had to charge my battery for the first time. Since then Alexa does not announce motion at the door although the door bell still works.

The video still shows on my phone so it must be being detected, but there is no announcement. Pretty sure I’ve got everything switched on but would welcome any suggestions. Everything was working well before the battery charge.

Hi @Carriebaby. Try disabling and relearning the Ring skill in the Alexa App to reinitialize the connection between your Ring devices and the Alexa App. You’ll need to set the announcements back up in the Alexa App as well. If that doesn’t do the trick, you can reach out to Amazon Alexa’s support team here. Hope that helps!
