WiFi not broadcasting

When trying to install my Ring Chime, the chime WiFi “ring setup” in not found. When searching for the name on several devices, no “ring setup” can be found. Have reset the doorbell several times with same results.

Hey @FM7354. You said you have reset the Doorbell, but it is the Chime that cannot setup, correct? If the Chime is not broadcasting the Ring AP Setup network, you should reset the Chime. While the Chime is plugged in, you will press and hold down the button on the side of the device for 20 seconds. If you find the device has a pinhole, please press and hold down a pin in this hole for 20 seconds while plugged in. After the reset, allow the device a few minutes before trying to set up again in the Ring app.
