Hi, I bought a stick cam with the solar panel, on my profile it appears as the panel is charging the battery of my cam, but it is not really charging, the battery charge continues to decrease
Hey @Barbyh2311. When you navigate to the Device Health page in the Ring App, does it show that the Solar Panel status is connected for your Stick Up Cam? If it doesn’t show the Solar Status as connected, I’d suggest disconnecting the Solar Charger and ensuring there is no dirt or debris on the connector before reconnecting it.
