Solar panel Not Charging nor Reflected

Hey @SheDouglas. When you look in Device Health, are you finding that it does not show the solar panel is connected? If this is the case, please try resetting your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, and then going into Device Health and tapping on Reconnect/Change Wifi Network. It will walk you through another set up of your device, and then after this setup, see if the solar panel is showing as connected.
