Ring Chime Issue

I just purchased a ring chime for my shop and office. I have two different ring pro doorbells set on the different doors. Each has a corresponding chime.

Same network for both.

Shop doorbell and chime setup with no problems.

Office doorbell set with no problems. However the chime has an issue of endlessly sitting in a loop trying to connect to the account. Blue light starts blinking to initiate connection then eventually it times out.

Any help?

Hi @cvfearless. Have you tried resetting your Chime? If not, I’d suggest resetting it by holding down the reset button on the side for at least 15 seconds. After that, you’ll want to try setting it back up again in the Ring App by following the steps under Set Up a Device. Let me know if you’re able to get it up and running after trying these steps. :slight_smile:
