Unfortunately the newer Ring Video Doorbell models may appear to be the same, each have either a slightly different size and/or mounting hole-alignments, so you will not be able to use the original bracket that came with your 1st Ring Doorbell. The newer models do come with a correct bracket. You’ll probably find this isn’t a big deal at all unless you have to drill and mount into hard brick (as an option in that case, you could purchase a “No-Drill” bracket for the model you upgrade to).

Oh and @CharlieBu , I did find this in case you decide to upgrade from your original Ring Video Doorbell to the “Ring Video Doorbell Pro” model, to easily change brackets and cover the previous holes:
