I’ve been using ring cams with a chime pro for about 8 months. The chime pro just stopped working. No lights and no connection. Is the chime pro also covered under warranty? And how do I file a claim. Can’t find any info on this.
Hey @Jase546. Depending on your region that the device is registered at, most devices have a 1 or 2 year warranty. To preform any advanced troubleshooting steps and see if you can have your device replacement thus after if still not working, please contact our support team here.
