Red SOS light on ring chime gen2

it started blinking a red SOS pattern, and I cant stop it…

Hey @Proachman. Could you try unplugging the device for a little while before plugging it back in to see if this helps clear the message? Does the device show as online in the app? If it’s showing as online and still making this pattern when you plug it back in, try pressing and holding the setup button on the side for 20 seconds to help reset the unit and let me know how it is after! :slight_smile:
