I’ve recently purchased a range extender but can’t find anything within the app to help set it up ? It’s supposed to be in security devices but it’s not, so frustrated is an understatement
Hey @Bigbonnie48. Did you purchase the Z-Wave Ring Alarm Range Extender, or the Chime Pro? The Chime Pro you can set up in the app at any time without a Ring Alarm system, but if you meant to get the Chime Pro and got the extender, you will need to make sure you have the UK Ring Alarm system first before you can set up the Range Extender. The Range Extenders are for the Alarm System and only extend the range of said devices.
