Programming Chime Pro

Hi @Ceb621. Please try resetting the Chime Pro by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds while the device is plugged in. If there is a hole and not a button on the side, please note in a small pin or paperclip into this hole for 20 seconds while the device is plugged in. Give the device some time to reset and after a few minutes, try unplugging it (and trying other outlets if needed) and plugging it back in to see if you can get it into setup mode! :slight_smile:
