Only "Tones" with the Ring Chime Pro?

Can the Ring Chime Pro ONLY play tones?

Can it NOT play things like???

“Motion detected at your front door”

“Someone is at your front door”

“Motion detected at your Floodlight Camera”

Etc., Etc.

I would like to be able to get the SAME alerts on the Ring Chime Pro that I can get on my iPhone from my Doorbell Pro & my Floodlight Cam

Also , there are not nearly enough choices.

And, some of those choices can barely be heard - even at MAX Volume.

Give me more “everyday” choices, & less Holiday choices! ! !

There are actually QUESTIONS in there that I would appreciate answers for.

The ones you can see in the app are the only ones you can play. More options have been requested in other threads also. I would expect more will come in future releases.

I have exactly the same question from the original post with respect to the extra speech heard after the actual tone chime. Is there a way to disable the speaking alert and JUST play the tone?

You can get the Doorbell Chime Pro (and I guess the standard Chime) to play the “voices” also but it seems to work only from initial setup; if you change to a different tone (to try out the other tones for example) you then completely lose the ability to get the “voice tones “ (unless, and I am guessing here, you start the device setup procedure all over again.

I find it really annoying because I actually like the “voice ring tones

I also agree with you that some of the ring tones are gimmicky and of very little benefit
