Question: If I'm using a Chime Pro to extend my wifi signal, why am I having poor quality video and the app still says my signal has a poor RSSI reading?
Answer: Placement is everything. We recommend having the extender at a midway point between the router and the Ring device, while avoiding common causes of interference. Be sure to check the RSSI on the device health page for your Chime Pro, and the Ring device experiencing poor video quality.
