Hi Guys, I just purchased a 2nd Chime for My Doorbell Pro from Amazon. The firmware version is stuck on 1.1.27
It is on My system and been so for 24hrs.
The Chime that came with the doorbell Pro updated immediately to version 1.2.9
anybody know how I may be able to force the update?
Hi @Del_Terrey. Have you tried reaching out to our support team? They can normally take a look into the device, see if they can push an update (if available), and do any further troubleshooting with you. Please reach out to them here and let us know how it goes!
