We love the ability to disable the in-home doorbell chime, especially when baby is sleeping. However it would be great to have the ability to easily toggle this on/off from the main screen or somewhere accessible, rather than digging through the settings

Plug the Ring Chime into a āsmart plugā. Then you can just ask Alexa to āturn off the chimeā and āturn on the chimeā. An easy and cheap solution to turn off and on the doorbell. It will just take a few seconds for the chime to activte once power is restored.

Itās been more than a year, why hasnāt this been added?
Being able to turn it on/off through other apps like Alexa/Google Assistant, or a widget on a phone would be even more useful. Super annoying to have to dig into the settings all the time for one tiny setting.
For kids that nap on a schedule it would be awesome to have a timer option as well.
